San Diego, Calif. (December 6, 2024)– St. Paul’s Senior Services hosted its annual Motor Mingle on Wednesday, December 4th, at their corporate office, bringing together community and industry partners for a drive-through holiday donation event. The event doubled as both a thank-you to local partners and a blanket drive for seniors enrolled in St. Paul’s PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).

Attendees drove through a blanket donation station and received festive gift bags as a token of appreciation. Others stayed to network and enjoy the vivid display of holiday lights and decorations.

“I’m always amazed by the generosity of our community,” said Jennifer Romero, Marketing Director for St. Paul’s. “This year we received over 250 blankets donations to give to our PACE participants in need. It warms my heart to see such strong support for our seniors, especially as we enter the colder months.”

With rising utility costs and limited resources, events like St. Paul’s Annual Motor Mingle play a crucial role in addressing the immediate needs of low-income seniors, ensuring they are safe and comfortable throughout the holiday season.

St. Paul’s Senior Services continues to collect donations of blankets, warm clothing, and other essential needs items for its low-income PACE participants. Visit www.stpaulseniors.org for more ways to give.
