St. Paul’s Clinical Skills Training Lab

Empowering nursing excellence through professional development

At St. Paul’s, we believe in investing in our nurses and caregivers. By providing professional development opportunities, we’re building a future where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential, and every resident and participant receives the best possible care. Driven by this commitment to excellence, we’re excited to introduce our new Clinical Skills Training Lab.

What is the CSTL?

Located at our corporate office, our Clinical Skills Training Lab (CSTL) is a dedicated space for enhancing the skills and competencies of our clinical team. Through realistic simulations and hands-on practice, staff gain the expertise needed to manage both routine and complex scenarios effectively. This comprehensive training builds a confident workforce that’s capable of delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes for those we serve.
